American Autowire Battery Cable Kit
American Autowire produces one of the nicest custom battery cable kits in the market. The lead die cast top post terminal has a molded end with a steel ring insert which enables you to tighten the connection without the risk of cracking or breaking the terminal, making this a tight connection minimizing corrosion and voltage drop. Choose the specific cable kit depending on your unique installation needs. All kits come with both a positive (red) cable and a negative (black) cable. The positive and negative cables are made from 1 gauge wire and have protective covers which are also color coded. With each kit you will receive the proper battery ends (lugs) as well as a crimping tool to make your battery cable connections as professional as possible. The exclusive new crimping tool can give your battery cable’s crimps as much as 600 lb. pull strength before soldering. Choose the under-hood kit for 6′ long cables or a trunk mount kit for 18′ long cables. Available in top post of side post configurations.
