Description

Flaming River Classic Bell-style Floor Shift Tilt Column

The new bell-style classic floor shift column from Flaming River provides the factory GM muscle car look in a tilt steering column.

Using the proven Flaming River stainless steel column technology with all new components through out and the smooth True Torque tilt shaft system, the new classic bell-style tilt column delivers flawless steering performance in an eye-appealing package. The radiused bell cone is designed to work with the original equipment dash for the OE look.

The 2-inch diameter columns are available in 30-inch and 32-inch lengths – the most popular lengths for GM A- and F-body applications from the mid-60s to 1970. They are black powder coated stainless steel and have the new streamlined Flaming River dress-up kits (turn signal arm, tilt arm and hazard switch) standard. The column can accept the original equipment steering wheel or with the proper adapter, Flaming River aftermarket wheels.

To simplify the installation process, the column includes a 4-1/4in wiring harness plug that installs into the factory and most aftermarket wiring harnesses. The column uses the popular 1in-DD output shaft.

This isn’t a rebuilt junkyard column, but rather an all new Flaming River engineered column featuring all new components. Made in the USA.

All Flaming River columns are made from 304 grade stainless steel, in paintable mill finish OR polished to a high luster. They will never rust and are chemically clean and can be painted to match or highlight an interior with only minor preparation.
