Leather half-wraps are genuine top grain leather, hand cut and selected in house for superior quality. Billet Specialties steering wheel rings are fastened to the wheel by hidden bolts that are recessed on the back of the wheel. Blank half-wraps are available if you would like to cover in your own material.
